Michael (Mike) Morgan is a graduate of Faulkner Law in Montgomery, Alabama, having earned his degree in 1996. Since then, he has cultivated a successful private practice specializing in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
In 2021, Mike relocated his law practice to Orange Beach, where he continues to provide expert legal services in all aspects of real estate law. His work focuses on facilitating and closing real estate transactions, as well as offering local counsel services. He adeptly represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial and residential properties throughout Alabama. Paula Morgan
Legal Assitant
Paula Morgan was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and relocated to Montgomery, Alabama, in 1976. In 1983, she began her career working for a real estate attorney and title agent, gaining valuable experience in the industry. In 2022, Paula moved to Orange Beach, where she and her husband, Mike Morgan, opened their real estate and title practice at The Wharf.
With a deep passion for her work, Paula is dedicated to providing exceptional service to every client. She and Mike, who established his own real estate and title practice in 1997, work closely together to ensure a seamless experience for their clients.
Together, they have a son, Jeremy, a daughter, Lisa Marie, and two beloved grand-dogs, Jedd and JoJo. Paula’s commitment to her family and her profession drives her to excel in all that she does.
Title Insurance Expert with Comprehensive Legal Experience
As a component to his practice, Mike is involved in other areas of law that affect Real Estate such as Will and Probate law, Elder law and Business law. He has been actively involved in the Real Estate Title Industry his entire legal career and has developed an expertise in the examination, review and issuance of Title Insurance products, including owner and lender title insurance policies and title endorsements. Mike is a licensed Title Insurance agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Mississippi Valley Title Insurance Company. He is a member in good standing of the Alabama State Bar, Baldwin County Bar Association, American Land Title Association, and the Southeast Land Title Association.
